"Well, Joe, it'd be asking Belikov that more than myself, he's in charge of the Kshatryia and handles all the legal affairs, more or less but all things considered I don't think it will be too long considering the fact that the victim of your assault more or less just ran off and none of the Kshatryia or the rangers really want to bring his case to court either." Valkov explained then leaned forward slightly.

"However I do want to make one thing clear, it doesn't matter if Sousa is your daughter or not, she's also a ranger. She's meant to be disciplined, to handle shit like what that stalker was doing the way a soldier should....she shouldn't be encouraged to attack civilians, and you should not be playing into it either. We try and run a tight ship here in the Order, and I intend to keep it that way even with her problems and yours.

"I'll think you'll note that she didn't attack anyone. That was me," he clarified. "So you really can't put any blame on her as I was the one with my hand around the man's throat and the knife in my hand. Even I was the one that made the threats. So even if you took it to the kangaroo court that the metro made it would be me in trouble and not her," he advised obviously he had been around the court room a few times. "So your threats are really meaningless," he added.

"I mean if you really want to threaten someone you don't threaten them with things that matter," he advised the man. "You seem to have anger issues. Have you tried meditating?"

Voloyda chuckled slightly, only for a quick glance from Valkov to shut him down.

"She brought you too him, and you chose to react the way you did." Valkov explained. "And as I said, daughter or no, I won't have it....but I see this won't get us anywhere....So, your daughter has returned home, you probably won't be seeing her for the rest of the day unless she comes running back but that doesn't mean were entirely done with you." Valkov continued. "Corporal, why is Joe here?"

"He said 'for her'...for Sousa. He won't give much else." Volodya explained.

"And where did he come from?...We were all under the impression her father was dead."

"He told me from some place called The Circus...he didn't say too much about it." Volodya replied.

"Oh? And are you still not willing too, Joe?" Valkov asked.

Misha had kept his mouth shut as Grischa dragged him and Katya down the platform, where Grischa gave some money to the rail cart driver, giving the man more than usual to get Misha back to Serpukhovskaya as fast as he could once the guards bordered the rail cart.

"You are to stay home, Mikhail!" Grischa ordered as the rail cart's engine started up.

"Yeah, yeah." Misha replied.

"I'm serious." Grischa warned, and Misha looked at Katya, he was gonna say something but she kept her head down, refusing to look at him with a scowl having formed on her face and a painful lump soon formed in his throat as the rail cart began to leave Polis and head for Hansa, once it was gone Grischa and Katya began to make their way back into Polis.

Joseph wanted to point out that his actions were not asked for by his daughter but the man seemed too ignorant to see the loophole. “Only with my daughter here to listen,” he affirmed. “She needs to know I didn’t abandon her.

Valkov nodded.

"Then we'll see you some other time." Valkov said, rising from his chair and gesturing for Volodya to follow then stopping at the tent flap.

"Arseny, watch him will you?" Valkov asked then walked out, leaving the young ranger to only sigh loudly and mutter a 'yes sir' as the other rangers left.

"Well, Yekaterina let's....let's go and find something to do." Grischa muttered, preparing to finishing off the last of the vodka but Katya grabbed it from Grischa and finished it off, Grischa could only smirk and nod.
"You want another drink?...It's been a hell of a day." He asked, and began to head for the bar after a silent nod from Katya.
