"You'll find out soon enough," Dag retorted as he pulled on his gear. The rookie was there. It made for an opportunity to test him in the field, "Sitting here with your thumb up your ass, let's see if you can make yourself useful. Get your shit and come on."

Richie nodded to him. He was still half dressed from his rounds earlier so he just pulled out the rest and pulled it back on. “Anything in particular I need to know?”

“Alright,” he said as he finished pulling his gear on and grabbed his gun. He hadn’t heard of any activity in the northern tunnels to worry about so that made it disconcerting as Kae went that way for deliveries often.

Richie didn't have any problems keeping up as he followed the older man out into the northern tunnels. He focused on his surroundings trying to see if there were any signs of struggle. It seemed that the man believed something bad happened to the rangers and the technician.

Since they didn't know what sort of trouble they might find Dag was cautious, though he didn't let it slow him much. Mutants weren't common neat Polis but they were still a threat. Fortunately the first half of the trek was quiet.

There really wasn't a reason to talk. Richie didn't know the man and he was used to silent treks on long missions. Talking wasn't really a high priority, especially if you wanted to listen so as they drew closer to the place that the technician was supposed to be they started to see the signs of a struggle, blood and then they found the rangers.

One was dead, the other unconscious but beat up pretty bad. Then there was a man with a mask on. He had been hit pretty hard with something and was unconscious as well, however his jaw looked off. There was no sign of the technician.

Ad they came upon the scene Dag raised his weapon, "Check him," he indicated to the spartan still breathing. In the meantime Dag moved to clear the immediate area - hoping Chuck was hiding nearby and not taken.

Unfortunately, Chuck would be no where to be found. Richie knelt beside the man. He was breathing and he looked pretty banged up but he would live. "He'll live but likely needs to be taken back to medical to be sure," Richie said about the ranger. "This ones dead," he said about the other before he approached the man with the dislocated jaw that wasn't a ranger.

Dag cursed under his breath when he found no sign of Chuck. He could see signs of where they must have gone, but it was hard to say how far they could be, "Let's see what this one knows then," he turned towards the third man.

Richie nodded as he changed from checking the man's pulse to tying him up before he tried to jolt him awake. When he winced and groaned Richie pointed toward Dagonet. "He's got some questions for you," he said.
